We are delighted to celebrate Melissa’s 10-year anniversary and Michael’s 5-year anniversary with us. Their contributions have been instrumental in shaping our success, and we couldn’t be prouder of their achievements.
Melissa’s 10-Year Journey
Melissa’s journey at HTA began a decade ago when she joined us as a Client and Business Relationship Coordinator. Her dedication and expertise soon saw her advance to the role of Executive
Assistant to Tim and Troy. Today, she excels as one of our Business Managers, a role that perfectly encapsulates her leadership and strategic acumen.
Reflecting on her time at HTA, Melissa highlights two key milestones: facilitating and running successful client networking events, and project managing the move and fit-out of our South Yarra office. These achievements not only showcase her exceptional organisational skills but also her commitment to fostering a vibrant and connected professional community.
For Melissa, the most enjoyable part of her role has been the relationships she’s formed along the way. Whether it’s with colleagues or clients, these connections have been a source of joy and fulfillment. She finds great satisfaction in watching the team succeed, achieving their personal goals and earning well-deserved promotions.
Michael’s 5-Year Journey
Michael’s journey at HTA began five years ago when he joined us as an Senior Accountant. Through hard work and a relentless pursuit of excellence, he has progressed to the role of Manager, where he now oversees his own client portfolio with a dedicated team. 
Michael’s growth within HTA is a testament to his expertise and leadership. His ability to manage and mentor his team, while delivering exceptional service to his clients, has been pivotal in our continued success.
