We understand the importance of maintaining our mental health. That is why we offer all our employees 3 completely confidential sessions with a professional counsellor each year, should they need to use them.

We believe in a work life balance. In order to assist our team with maintaining this, each team member can have flexible work hours with the ability to work from home one day per week.
